We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, business name, and data you enter while using Pool Cortex AI (customers, routes, invoices, reports, etc.). We also collect usage data such as page views and feature interactions to improve the product.
We use your information to operate and improve the service, send transactional emails (account confirmations, invoices), provide customer support, and communicate product updates. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security practices and access controls to protect your information.
We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate Pool Cortex AI (hosting, authentication, payment processing via Stripe). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for other purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@poolcortex.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use session cookies strictly to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted.
