By creating an account and using Pool Cortex AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Pool Cortex AI provides software tools for pool service businesses, including customer management, scheduling, invoicing, and field operations. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Pool Cortex AI. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer any component, or use the service to harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Pool Cortex AI is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
